Mutter is my youth album and thats the reason it's still the favourite of me I think but ranking these albums are so difficult damn...

Ranking their albums is insanely difficult, I feel like they're all almost equal and my favorite Rammstein songs are quite evenly distributed between the albums! If I have to pick, gun to my head, I think Sehnsucht might be my favorite though, but juuuust barely! Can't really rank the rest of them tbh, but some songs that I personally think are underrated are Spieluhr, Amour, Bestrafe Mich, Klavier, Zerstören, Spring, and Donaukinder. A lot of them are a bit slower which I think might be why they're less popular, but I really adore them! It feels like a wasted opportunity that they didn't make a video for Spieluhr because the lyrical imagery would've translated beautifully to video in my opinion

This is exactly why I did a tier list. To me Mutter and Reise, Reise are their best but if I had to pick a number 1 I couldn't. I switch back and forth all the time when I do. That's why I love tier lists cause it shows how you feel about the quality of the actual album more. Spieluhr could've definitely had an awesome video clip. Thanks for watching the video!

For me, Mutter and LIFAD reign supreme. With LIFAD, I have the extra disc and Fuhre Mich, Donaukinder, and Halt are fantastic.

Mutter & LIFAD are fantastic but to me the 2 supreme albums are Mutter & Reise, Reise. Overall, all their albums are fantastic. Can't wait to hear what they have coming next! Thanks for watching the video!

I think my tier list would be pretty similar. Reise Reise is just great and I share your opinion that it's their best album. Every song is just perfect. Mutter has most of their well known songs but also some great underrated ones that I like even more. I totally share your opinion on Herzeleid with liking every song except maybe Rammstein and Herzeleid. Sehnsucht is for me just kind of Herzeleid 2.0. It also has the greatest riffs in my opinion and is just really heavy. I think of Rosenrot as the most underrated album. However, it's also my least favorite one but for different reasons. I don't really like the screaming songs there like Benzin, Zerstören and maybe even Mann gegen Mann. My favorites on the album are actually Hilf mir, Wo bist du, Feuer und Wasser and (please don't hate me) Stirb nicht vor mir. I know that Stirb nicht vor mir is really unusal for Rammstein and doesn't really fit but I just love Till's voice and the lyrics in this one. Liebe ist für alle da has been my favorite for a long time and I really like most of the songs even though I don't feel like listening to them out of sudden like it's the case with other Rammstein songs. I think it's a shame that Donaukinder, Liese, Führe mich and Halt were put on the bonus track list cause they're again actually my favorites of the album. There is a problem I got with the untitled one: I've listened to it too much. I don't really enjoy songs like Radio, Ausländer or even Deutschland anymore. But that doesn't mean I dislike the album, it's really great! Something I'd really like to know is, if you also know the lyrics of Rammstein or if you just ranked after the sound of the songs? I love most of the songs because they're pure poetry and even though it isn't the same with translations I'd highly recommend to check the lyrics of every song, there might be some surprises.

Love the fact that you mention that you think Reise, Reise is their perfect album. You're one of the few people that agrees with me! It's easily a front to back. Mutter has Spieluhr, Zwitter, Rein Raus, Adios & Nebel which I guess are some fantastic hidden gems. Oh man, I definitely disagree on you liking Stirb nicht vor mir. I'm glad you can like the song tho! It's funny how I LOVE Benzin and Zerstören. We completely disagree on that album! I agree with your statement about Liebe ist für alle da. It's definitely one of those albums where I usually listen to it as a whole rather than listen to some of the songs individually. I got a bit of a fatigue when it comes to the untitled album too. Mostly for Deutschland. I have to give the song credit cause that song and Mein Teil (mostly Mein Teil) MADE me a Rammstein fan. However, I think this fatigue is over cause now I'm in the mood to listen to that album! Rein Raus was the biggest surprise for me lyrically. I'm Dutch and the language can be a bit similar to German so sometimes I just assumed what they meant and sometimes I'm right and sometimes I'm very wrong. I know most of the song lyrics at this point and think they're fantastic. I think the ranking mostly focuses on the sound and how many times I re listen the albums

@@SlasherPepper you will maybe be me favorite rammstein ranker, because you don't say that rosenrot and herzeleid are bad albums. Other KZbinrs say that rosenrot and herzeleid is the worst albums of rammstein. But you say you like all rammstein albums and I like that. Rammstein 2019: i like this album but the song hallomann wasn't so good. And I argree, stirb nicht vor mir is not a good song, they could had put the Eisenmann song there instead of stirb nicht vor mir.

@@SlasherPepper the first three are pretty much interchangeable tbh. About Rosenrot I love that it's the band's gloomiest album, and I really enjoy every song barring Stirb nicht vor mir and Te quiero puta. Mann gegen Mann is my favorite Rammstein song, and Wo bist du has a personal meaning for me. As for the first couple albums, I still like them (especially Sehnsucht) but I love their evolved sound more than the minimalistic approach they had on these two.

@@omegazx7236 I have heard of them and listened to 1 of their songs but didn't like it too much. That song seemed way different in style of Rammstein. Which obviously isn't necessarily a bad thing but I didn't really like this style personally.

1. Reise, Reise (best album ever, so melodic and powerful) 2. Mutter (some of their most iconic songs, great blend between industrial and melodic power metal sound) 3. Rosenrot (like reise reise but a tiny bit weaker, still amazing) 4. Sehnsucht (tanz metal/industrial masterclass, so catchy and energetic) 5. Rammstein (untitled) A sttong comeback, similar energy tsreise reise but some songs are a bit weaker 6. Herzeleid (repetitive and sharp tanz metal, many songs sound a bit too similar but still amazing debut) 8. LIFAD (dark and heavy, very disturbing lyrically, has amazing songs but not my favourite) All Rammsteins albums are almost equally great and their consistency is amazing, always quality!

I love all their albums, and if I were to be completely honest I'd put the 4 first in S tier, with Rosenrot just missing out because of the two songs with female vocals. I'm sorry but Te Quiero Puta is fucking unlistenable. The deep cuts on Rosenrot is among my favorite songs from the band though. Feuer und Wasser, Ein Lied and Hilf Mir are so damn good. A quick ranking: 1. Herzeleid (It's so dirty and I love it. Asche Zu Asche was THE song that got me into metal as a kid) 2. Sehnsucht (Spiel Mit Mir is my all-time favorite Rammstein song, and the album has no weak points. Alter Mann also ranks very high for me) 3. Reise, Reise (Stein um Stein from Völkerball. That's all I'm gonna say. A bit tired of Amerika, but still a good song) 4. Mutter (Adios, Nebel and Rein Raus are so underrated. The hits speaks for themselves. Fucking classic) 5. Rosenrot (Adore every single song except the two with chicks singing) 6. Zeit (Great album. Angst might be my favorite song of theirs since the Reise, Reise record. Dicke Titten is amazing as well) 7. LIFAD (Brutally sounding and awesome album. The bonus track Donaukinder might actually be my favorite on the record. Pussy the weakest song, but still fun) 8. Untitled (Another great album, although I find it a bit too clean. Tattoo and Deutchsland my favorites)

Tho my ranking is quite different, I do pretty much agree with all your takes on these albums. I must be honest that this tier list is now a bit dated. I’ll be re doing it with Zeit soon. My totally personal opinion. I do not pretend to be the right one. *C tier* *Liebe ist für alle da* 6.5/10. I really tried to enjoy this album in its entirety, but there's no songs that make me relisten something else than Waidmanns Heil and Haifisch. This record has got no any hard hooks for me. GUYS I'M COOL WITH YOU RANKING LIFAD MUCH HIGHER LET ME JUST HAVE MY OWN OPINION 🙏🤷‍♂️ *untitled one* 6.5/10. I feel like I got a burnout listening hit songs from this one. Looks like I need a cooldown before listening Ausländer, Puppe, Deutschland or Radio again. That's probably why I can't bear the rest of album. Its quality is too inconsistent for me. And thank god I found a masterpiece like Weit Weg that I listen on repeat. I think that Weit Weg will once help me to appreciate the rest of the album (Tattoo, Diamant and others). *B tier* *Herzeleid* 7.5/10. It is The Beginning. And it is good. I love Seemann so much, I want to learn how to play Heirate mich or Das Alte Leid on guitar. But this album feels monotonous except Seemann. And it is a crime that we were robbed with Feuerräder being out of album. *Sehnsucht* 7.5/10. Don't get me wrong, but I feel like this record is kinda self-repeating especially comparing with Herzeleid. It's weird for me that there are two songs with nearly identical main riffs - Engel and Tier. Even though I don't like Spiel mit mir or Sehnsucht really much, I love Du Hast, Alter Mann or Klavier. Like Sehnsucht is only a half-step forward in comparison with Herzeleid. *Rosenrot* 7.5/10. This album is really weird for me. It begins with the strongest bangers - Benzin, Mann gegen Mann, Rosenrot and Spring and then suddenly loses that boiling energy with mediocrity of Hilf mir, Ein Lied and Wo bist du. And gosh, that terrible thing with English lyrics and woman vocals... It still scares me. And yes, Zerstören fucking rules. It's a record with song that were left behind from Reise, Reise! and sadly you feel it in the second half of the Rosenrot. And if you look into its production, you'll see that Rammstein were tired of touring and tired of each other. *Zeit* 8/10. Your rating of this album depends on that if you accepted that there's no longer Reise, Reise!-Rammstein or Mutter-Rammstein. They got older. They got their wisdom. But they still can be cool af. Just listen to Angst, it fucking slaps. And please let them express themselves in those forms which our guys want. And it doesn't matter if it's Zeit, Adieu, Lügen and Meine Tränen (which I like very much) or OK and Giftig (which I don't like). It is a high-quality record that hits right in my heart. *A tier* *Reise, Reise* 9.5/10. This decision left me heavy-hearted, but S album is truly god-like. It took its time to appreciate all songs besides greatest hits of Reise, Reise. Such songs as Morgenstern, Amour or Dalai Lama are my new favourites from the orange recorg. *S tier* *Mutter* 10/10. It's just flawless. It's the only album of Rammstein with all 10/10 songs for me. I think that this album is perfect for attracting new listeners. With such hits as Sonne, Mutter, Feuer frei! or Mein Herz brennt there are such underappreciated songs as Nebel (it is 💔), Zwitter (slaps hard af) and Adios. Have you ever wanted to introduce Rammstein to your girlfriend? Sonne and Nebel are here for you! Want to recommend your bro some heavy music? Zwitter and Adios reporting for duty! Searching for some gym-fitting songs? Ich Will, Rein Raus and Links 2-3-4. Anything mystical? Spieluhr and Mein Herz brennt. The whole album is a f u c k i n g m a s t e r p i e c e and no one will ever changes my mind.
