Wow Dominica, your speech was spot on! That's exactly how I would describe Rammstein to someone who didn't listen to them. Give it a proper try with an open mind, and you'll see the art and beauty in it. After that you will never be able to let go. Also, I think it helps when you start with a certain chronology, like don't start with Bück dich 😂

During the shooting of this film/video all band members got light burns, because the pyrotechnics were provided by the film crew and they overdid it with the use of flames. Schneider once said he felt between the two walls of fire, like he was in a toaster.

I loved your reaction, but why the official video? I was waiting for this one, but live, since the beginning. But I think you haven't really seen properly what Richard and Paul did in the video and in the live one you can clearly see it, so I really wish you to react to it. And I strongly recommend the one from Download festival. It's one of their best live performances to me. Btw, this song is from "Mutter" album and is one of very big hits. Obviously, I love it. But I'm really glad you loved it too. And also I am extremely happy because Rammstein reactions have been so special for you. Because your journey has been very special for me too. 4:55 german fellow here, name cousin of Dominica. i have to agree with Andrei. There are so many songs i didnt understand as a child, and still today i sometimes dont wonder what they are about because they sound good... just later i found out those songs were about something depressive or "very sexy", you know? and even in cartoon shows for children, there are so many adult jokes i only got until like 20 years later. that is the gift of a childs imagination. it will make sense to them, in their childish view, and do no harm. so i think not interferring and staying the hell away from even explaining is good. in those cases atleast btw i love you as a couple... so respectful and yet caring. took me some vids to realise, but the way you treat eachother(atleast on cam) is something many people could take as a lesson

I played Rammstein for the kids. Not all of them, of course, they haven’t reached the level of Pussy yet. But they liked Mein Herz brennt (piano version). And they also liked Till, the scary sandman 😂 My daughter listened to a lot of songs in audio version. She really liked the collaboration with Zaz Le jardin d'larmes, and also Stirb nicht vor mir. These songs are very lyrical. Also Frühling in Paris, Zeit, Adieu, Meine Tränen, Rosenrot, Armee der Tristen and my Diamand are quite suitable for children. But if children speak German you should be a little bit more careful, of course.
