Mutter means Mother. The song is about a man (Till) who came into being through a scientific experiment, i.e.was not born of a woman. But he longs for a mother whose love,care in childhood, to belong to someone. At the same time, he wishes hie "mothers", better creators,i.e. the scientists, illnesses and wants to drown them because they withheld,stole everything from him that is "normal". As far as my interpretation. If you like the quiet pieces, try "ohne Dich" ,"Mein Herz brennt, Piano version", live: "Diamant" or "Frühling in Paris".
