Eso fue en el 1995. Ramon tenia apenas 30 años y ya era un jefe respetado en las filas de una organización mafiosa transnacional. Esa epoca era cuando el cartel de Tijuana estaba bien parado con el gobierno federal y el gobierno de Baja California. El cartel tenia fuerte influencia y poder para operar con impunidad en esa epoca.

Pesaba 120 kilos. Su piel blanca. Los ojos negros. Los párpados tirándole a cerrarse ligeramente. La nariz recta. La boca chica y los labios delgados.
