nice video. In your country, the motorcyclist use to ask car drivers for space to overtake? Like at 1:14 ... Is it a normal thing? isn't it disrespectful? I am asking because in my country we don't do that :)), but we also have a much lower motorcycling culture than Portugal, Spain or Italy. We are more humble in traffic :)) Thanks and safe trips!

Actually that was a friend of mine in the car at that time in the video 😁

@@Carecovzki ahahaha, ok. In Romania, there are some motorcyclist that break mirrors. But a few. Mostly we wait calmly for cars to make space :))

What handlebar is that? I like it!
@Carecovzki8 жыл бұрын
Actually I think it's unbranded. I bought it in a small local bike shop and I had to make some adaptations on the mounts so they could be bolted in place. You might easily find cheap handlebars like this on the web.

+Carecovzki Does it improve the riding position? It seems like you bend forward a bit more
@Carecovzki8 жыл бұрын
Well it depends on your defenition of improovement :) The stock handlebars are quite confortable and put you in a good riding position. There's actually no need to make any swap. I did it mainly for the looks because I like that oversized and more robust look. But it does indeed bring you closer to the front wheel and the difference in the backsweep may take some time for your wrists to get used to. The stock handlebars are a bit higher and with more backsweep comparing to this one I installed. I also decided to swap the handlebars to replicate the style and riding position on my enduro mountain bike.

Carecovzki Ah well, if I sit on the bike for a longer period of time, my back starts to hurt a bit. My thoughts were that if you lower the bars in the same way you did, you straighten your back out a bit more which relieves the pain.
@Carecovzki8 жыл бұрын
I have the same problem. I noticed that since I got the bike my lower back hurts a bit after riding. I'm still not quite sure if it's really only because of this or probably also because of heavy work lifting some stuff while I'm working on some trail building for mountain biking... maybe both! :) What I would like to do is find a way (if it's possible) to lift the back end of the bike to see if there's a chance to ride with the legs more streched to take some stress off the back from the holes and all the stuff we ride through on the road.

A quantos km/h andaste?
@Carecovzki8 жыл бұрын
