Rampage Insect Glaive Cardboard DIY - Monster Hunter - Crafty Transformer

I made a Monster Hunter's Rampage Insect Glaive.
I put psyllium (chemical light) inside the blade to reproduce the "extract".
By the way, how do hunters take out the extract sucked by insects?
Do they grab it tightly and squeeze it out?
Still, it is insane to keep a big insect that sucks bodily fluids attached to one's arm.
