斧モード/剣モードの変形ができます。
重量4.5kg/全長2.5m(剣モード時）2.2m(斧モード時）
重くて長いので腰に悪い武器です。マジで筋肉痛になりました。
もしコレを鉄鋼で作った場合、斧部分だけで120kgを超えます。
変形時、ものすごい勢いで120kgの鉄塊がスライドするわけですから、慣性でハンターの体も飛んでくかも。

Maybe. But you also gotta think. Thing's still ultimately made of cardboard. Even reinforced, it might still buckle from a really hard swing or have an unusual amount of drag from the corrugation. It wouldn't be terribly heavy, but it's not sturdy enough to take the style of swings you would normally see. Other than that, I really like the design of this. Very on-detail.

It's suggested that either physics works differently in MH or that the humans are made differently, enhanced by Wyverian science long ago or something. That being said, the "reload" tells me there's some sort of mechanism that aids in the switch.

Using a few mechanisms, you could it as simple as pulling something back for one mode and just pushing a button to spring into the other With a proper design, it could be efficient enough to do rather quickly though you would probably have to change your grip
