Re: AK hand: 47 unknown cards. 18 cards will put either a third diamond or pair the board, which will kill your hand or kill the action. 11 cards will put a 4 liner out there, turning your hand into a potential chop, or killing your action. That’s 29 cards out of 45 that you don’t want to see. Calling here on the turn is an absolutely terrible play, especially out of position AND even if a good card comes, your opponent may still opt to check behind. If you had ever studied the game even a little, you would know this. But that’s not how you got here. You luckboxed your way here, and now the mathematics are finally catching up with you.
