I wouldn't say they don't travel well.. I mean they lost 2 games on the road this year.. (Rams week 8 and Lions week 18).. So they were what 6-2 or 7-2 on the road this year? (Not sure if they had the extra home game or extra road game this season). I mean idk how that record indicates they don't travel well? That being said, Go Rams!!!
@beverlypatama814810 сағат бұрын
Easy Answer on Gibbs vs Kyren... Gibbs is the more dynamic running back and the better receiving RB! Kyren is clearly the better RB in pass protection!! (Kyren very well may be the best RB in the NFL in pass protection!!).. For what our team needs are, I think Kyren is better suited for our team! (Pass Pro is very important from the RB in our offense!).. Obviously Gibbs would bring a different dimension to our run/pass game but Kyren suits are team needs well! Gibbs is the better pure RB though tbh.. But love me some Kyren! Go Rams!!!

Rams had an early bye this season, resting the 17-19 starters given fiske and BY only played on certain situations was the right move. I like the potential road in the playoffs of vikings then lions, unless commanders beat bucs then we have philly. If GB beats philly then I have the most confidence we can get to the superbowl

I love our head coach, but I think it was really stupid to pull our defensive starters in the fourth quarter. We could be facing Washingto right now instead of the Vikings and then Detroit, if we are lucky enough to beat the Vikings. I went to the game and saw so many terrible passes by Garoppolo and a back up defense that throughout the fourth quarter couldn’t stop the run. So disappointing.

@snakeeyesmcgee yeah sure you made 1 valid point to the argument anything else? I hate to be the one arguing against kyren because I'm a rams fan and I love kyren, but they are not the same level of player... Gibbs also averages more yards after contact per attempt by a decent amount... Gibbs is averaging more yards after contact than SAQUAN BARKLEY, and same as bijan and jacobs. On just carries in general he's averaging 1.5 yards more per carry... kyren has a LONG of 30 yds and a long td of 13 yds.... that's actually just straight up bad 1 carry for 30 yds... and 2 for 20.. i dont have the stats on this but I can all but guarantee gibbs faces a stacked box at a much higher rate than kyren does to which makes it harder for gibbs to do what hes doing. kyrens a good stable rb that fits in the system who can pass protect above average, and I hope he stays, BUT gibbs is going to be ELITE for a long time it's different and nearly every GM and HC would agree on that and take Gibbs over kyren. Gibbs is a game breaker kind of player and there's a limited amount of players like that in the league

@@arnejohnson7542 if he was better of the 2 why wasn’t he starting games? Understandable with the wear and tear but who starts the games has nothing to do with that.
@arnejohnson754254 минут бұрын
@raekwonjacobs5963 have you even watched every game? Monty doesn't always start they split drives have been for 2 years. Depends on what kind of drive they're trying to put together. They substitute in and out on drives to. This doesn't say anything bad about gibbs this normal in the nfl when teams have 2 great rbs. Rams don't do this because corum obviously isn't ready for the task yet. They thought he would be that's why they took him when they did expected him to be a weapon right away, but it's just not the case yet. I understand you're being a Homer and backing up your guy, but it's seriously not even a debate who's the better rb when you dig into the deeper metrics. Ones above average or good, the other is an ELITE gamebreaker. Kyrens got 1 thing on him and its pass protection the other he might have is goaline work, but I still think gibbs is better there to considering he averages more after contact than kyren by a considerable amount throughout his career and faces more stacked boxes
@raekwonjacobs5963Күн бұрын
9:06 I’m sorry but in what world is Gibbs better than Kyren? Literally 3rd in rushing and the lions have a better OLine
@arnejohnson7542Күн бұрын
Im a die hard rams fan, BUT gibbs is definitely a better rb than kyren. Kyren isn't bad, but gibbs had 70 less rushes for over 100 more yards. And definitely a better receiving back. Kyrens good at what he does and better at pass protection, but gibbs is a game breaker. A majority of gms would take gibbs over kyren and if they needed a pass protection rb they'd go get perine or something. Gibbs is 1 tier above kyren
@raekwonjacobs5963Күн бұрын
@ rams didn’t get a consistent O-Line until after week 9. Lions have one of the best OLines if football what we talking about.
@raekwonjacobs5963Күн бұрын
@ Kyren catching skills would be displayed just as much as Gibbs if we ran more plays designed for RB catches. And the whole GM thing. The lions drafted Gibbs in the first round. Kyren wasn’t a first round pick I’m sure if a gm had a choice they’d take the later pick and use that first pick on a better player.
@arnejohnson7542Сағат бұрын
@raekwonjacobs5963 that's not the question at hand.... not value in the draft I'm talking right now in their respected careers nearly everyone is taking gibbs over kyren. Gibbs was literally one of the best RECEIVERS at Alabama he's got a level to pass catching that kyren will never get to that's not even a debate, gibbs have more yards after contact than kyren, and even saquan Barkley, better PFF grade, like 5× as many explosive runs as kyren, kyren has 2 20 yd runs and 1 30yd run.... that's actually just flat out bad but bijan didn't have alot either so I'll cut kyren some slack here. Averages 1.5 yd more per carry, and the lions see more stacked boxes than the rams do.. that's why the rams run it so much because teams dare them to beat them running the ball gibbs doesn't get this luxury as much because defenses gameplan to stop this guy hes a gamebreaker. Literally kyren is one of my favorite players in the NFL I have a jersey, but this conversation is dumb gibbs is just better. Hope kyren stays a rams a long time though because he's a culture fit and and love his story and the grit he plays with

They are not the fourth best team in the NFC. By record, they are the seventh best team in the NFC. I really want them to win the Super Bowl, but your arguments are a bit delusional. I think we should be satisfied if they win against the Vikings. After that, it would be a big upset for the Rams to win any of the rest of their games. They are good, they are not great. One more legit receiver, better cornerbacks, and hopefully Matthew doesn’t regress next year. Then it could be our year.
