That´s to be a hypocrite in my view. When it is other people who are victims Ramsey holds on to the bad guys and their dirty tricks, but when it is Ramsey who is the victim he doesn´t want to play his own dirty game, but holds on to the honour, righteousness and fair play. Man I get sick of just thinking of such a contradictory man who calls himself religious.

If you learning some MMA and you can't defend yourself against the knife. all of the things you learn is useless when it comes to certain real life threatening situations. About bruce lee ramsey misunderstood that guy ability bruce lee speed and power is unbeatable and the credibility of that is his incredible work out regimen training routine that so different than every athletic now a days. But some people like ramsey thought he can beat bruce lee, because that guy has no battle experience evidence. We see joe lewis one of the world champion at that time demonstrating bruce lee techniques in his video. he also explains how bruce taught him how to strike and any other lessons he learn from that legendary fighter People now a days is become boastful when it comes to traditional martial arts because of rise in MMA and there are other wingchun master got beaten up in a real life the only problem with that kind of stuff is lack of experience and personal pressure testing with there martial arts. Even though ilike MMA i dont want to disrespect traditional martial and talking trash about it because its a part of culture of every country, many people says that kali the traditional martial arts of filipino is useless. but look at johan the master of kali has a great defense against a knife attack when rokas pressure testing him with a knife.

I don´t know what other people think about that, but I must admit I personally find it hard to believe that Ramsey was once religious (Mormon or Jehovas Witnesses I think it was) and still carry these beliefs around with him. I mean why does a martial arts-practitioner need religion? Religion should be about peace, coming together and becoming friends shouldn´t it? Martial artists often get into big disagreements with each other and begin screaming, shouting and yelling at each other. Sometimes it even ends in physical fights between them or hate-campaigns. It´s a real war just outside your frontdoor as they sing in the first Rambo-movie. Flower-power sure doesn´t have a future in the martial arts community.

I trained in kyokushin, dutch kickboxing and dabbled in sanda a little. I even stayed in Shanghai for a few months due to work. Ramsey was a really bad fighter and his gym only attracted white collars. He claims to represent sanda but hes virtually unknown by A lvl fighters or above in Shanghai. His striking fucking sucks Im pretty confident even I can beat him under k1 rules, and Ive only fought amateur.

He is a ex bouncer from Aus with real life experience and teaches out of Japan he is a hard man, Silat, Escrima, Kali, Jujitsu, and much more i think you would be impressed.

Most female MMA fighters, even professional ones, are sadly terrible. Their major shortcoming by and large is lack of versatility, i.e. Ronda's striking is hot garbage compared to her Judo. Alexandra Albu only has karate as far as her CV is concerned. Just to name a few. Being a professional fighter depends on the level of competition you anticipate facing at your tier. Female pro fighters are rare compared to males and Ramsey Dewey fights at only bush league promotions with relatively unknown opponents.

Systema is garbage, it was invented by con artists who claim to be affiliated Russian special forces. The truth is that Russian special forces train in Sambo. Krav Maga is very effective against untrained guys and street situations. They focus a lot on escaping holds and disadvantaged positions which are useful in self defense, but a trained fighter will easily overcome these techniques. Kung Fu has a long history. What Dan forgot to acknowledge in his Martial Arts Tier List is that historical warfare revolved around ARMED combat. Chinese martial arts are meant to be practiced with weapons, as opposed to Muay Thai and Karate which is strictly unarmed combat. Kung Fu is the Chinese iteration of Kali/Eskrima in the Philippines.

I'm just hoping Ramsey can get the hell out of chiner and safe back in the states ! Dad had to go to Vietnam back in the late 1960's and it was not a great trip . Why the hell would anyone want to move to Asia from the states ?

Recently Ramsey Dewey has been doing these "12 reasons you don't know how to fight" or whatever lately. And it's kind of irksome, because you don't want to be told that by someone who has shown no real acumen that proves that he knows any better than anyone else, in fact he does not come off humble, but rather indirectly makes himself sound better by looking outwards with these arguments. If he actually ate some of that humble pie he's passing around, maybe his videos would be more palpable, but he honestly just sounds like a gigantic hypocrite.
