Hello, I see you for the first time, coincidentally on KZbin, and in the beginning I sometimes had to laugh with you, and yes sometimes laugh at you, especially when you showed how not to do it, then a kind of shyness came over me shame because I realized that I mainly recognized myself in that wrong example. But I joined you, and it did me very good and I had fun. But I also came to realize that I had no reason to laugh at you, only to laugh with you, though. Because it should actually be very normal and also completely normal to go crazy during a lesson, especially in music, because with pleasure you learn the most and also the easiest and I love to learn. I came to you because in my younger years I could sing very high, 4 octaves, but by working and for singing very little time, my high voice is gone, and with your lessons I may well succeed my high voice to get back a little bit. And how you do this, oh my God, I wish I had a singing teacher like you back in the day. You are beyond amazing, and I want to continue working with you. I am now 57 years old and here in Belgium people are quite stiff, if only everyone was as loose and open-hearted as you. Please keep doing that.

This was so helpful! Despite being a (boy) soprano, I've always had trouble hitting high C in head voice; I'd often crack on the note (Demi Lovato, another soprano, has a similar problem). I'd usually use this forced, thin falsetto, or do those sort of intentional breaks to allow me to hit and sustain high Cs and high Ds. Thank you so much!! ❤
