My son lived in this town for 4 years and I went to visit and stay with him. It is so very beautiful!!!

Looks good! Everything is on a smaller scale than in the US, but acceptable. And nice setting. It’s good to see that our service men and women can live in rather good conditions. Thank you very much for this video! 👏👏

The phone on the wall is where you can communicate someone on outside of your door (where the doorbell is) some houses have even buzzers that you can let people in without having to go in front of the door. (Located underneath the phone, when the person hears the buzzer they just have to push the door.) it doesn’t work when the door is double locked though.
@kyleconway91072 жыл бұрын
The phone may be for an intercom at the doorbell, so you can “see” who’s at the door without having to actually answer it. We have a phone intercom on all 3 levels of our house. We can also buzz people into the house with it.

Yep, you're right. We used to have that at our old German house as well, never really used it though :)

I’m curious. What would be the average price on a house like this?
@DTVDanielTelevision2 жыл бұрын
Good question, I put the monthly rent in the description, but this military member is an E8 paying €1400 per month on an unaccompanied tour. If I had to guess, I would say this house (to buy) is worth roughly 400 and €500,000
@DarkSession62082 жыл бұрын
@@DTVDanielTelevision 400-500 is correct in that area. Even on the most remote Village wheres literally nothing such a house would be already 360.000€+. My parents bought a house in 1995 for 240.000 DM (which is the old currency in Germany) and that translates into 120.000€. The house is now worth 482.000€
