@Ryan Kiddo I think the beginning of these supposed non-sensical arguments coming from "Southiees" is how for them, the poster boys are Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Sanjay Dutt. Shah Rukh Khan is perhaps hated because he is far too witty for comfort, and well, if you look back at what Salman and Sanjay have done in some of their interviews and public appearances, it just perpetuates the stereotype of A-list Bollywood celebrities being arrogant, hot-headed, and downright stupid.

Recently watched his debut film 'Leader'.Such a good movie and Rana,in his debut performance carries the entire movie-such subtle and strong acting which is at the other end of Bhallaladeva. His good looks overshadow his acting range.Pls ,don't slot him with that director of Arjun Reddy(can't remember his name). Rana is a sorted gentleman.

It's so nice to see actors from South are getting appreciated up in the Bollywood, they deserve that and it's necessary because that's the only way you can break the stereotypes. Would love to see if Malayalam and Tamil industry ( Bengali and Marathi film industry also) also get their due respect as they're the real houses of great contents and beautiful cinemas in the broad spectrum of Indian cinema.

Adore ,admire and love the intellectual ,deep , different perspective " thinking " men from telugu industry .They bring in a fresh breath of air to stagnated bollywood. Kudos to Rana Dagubatti , S S Rajamouli ,Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Thank you Anupama for your sensitive interview with Sandeep Reddy .It did open up the man behind Kabir Singh philosophy. We need to hear (without crucifying ) different people speak passionately about different perspectives ,that is a sign of maturity and progressive society. Telugu guys sound so high on emotion ,passion for their craft , creative blood racing furiously in their veins. ❤

Mam.......this is the most democratic and sensitive reply in a long long time. With all the flak that Sandeep got for his point of view by people (I respect that), you seem to have understood the real meaning of democracy. Listening to various opinions fully unbiased. More power to you....... ANANTH from Hyderabad....

anantha krishna vemuri - Thanks Ananth. I loved the movie in telugu and hindi both. There were some missing deleted scenes in hindi version which explain the character's point of view ,I got that from telugu version.Sandeep Reddy Vanga sounds a very genuine and honest man ,very very REAL in a world with fakeness everywhere around .Unfortunately courage to speak honestly gets labelled as arrogance in many circles. That will not discourage him from being himself and neither stop his fans who love his genuine emotional creativity lighting up screens . That man is fire !❤

What a fun interview that was! :) I had a smile on my face the entire time - hearing someone who is so passionate about cinema and tech and the convergence of the two, while also remaining so grounded was very refreshing. I also loved the fact that he was so self aware - 'They will either laugh out loud or they will throw stones at me." was the perfect way to end this interview. Thanks, Anupama.
