My must haves are similar to yours. I use pilot frixon pens and they fit fine in my pen loop. Page marker with sticky notes on (inspired by you) I have piece of acetate punched and a laminated daily routine with sticky notes on the back. Oliclip at front. Page markers for forward planing/monthly and my tracker. Sticky notes and acetate at the front of my planner for protection and dashboard for sticky notes if needed. Page lifter too
