Government need to make nutrition subject is compulsory in the academic so all people get knowledge

I agree to the point that let a degree holder in nutrition talk on diet rather than anyone with no degree giving false views..

My boss start stairing at me whenever I eat apple on my desk. He doesn't understand, I explained few times but same response. I ignore or try to hide from him specially when u know how they perceive. I hope this could be normalised in workplace.

Intermittent fasting is not a trend. Its been in the world in all the religions since ages. Eating every 2 hours feels like i am eating all day and too much thinking what i should eat in 2 hrs. I agree with you about eating everything but every 2 hrs feels too much.
@z.96444 жыл бұрын
Agree. I cant sit and eat all day like a pig. These dieticians sell rubbish. Eating 2 meals or doing intermittent fasting is the way of life.

Most people can't afford these nutritionists. Who is going to guide them. Seems like only rich ones can live a better guided life as they can hire all sorts of professionals. Haha

Why the rich are fat and poor are slim.... because of physical exercise
@monakool17082 жыл бұрын
These days rich are quite slim because they can afford nutritionists.Only those are fat who are unaware about the concept of being‘Healthy’ and still think that being fat means being rich

Punjab makhija is excellent dietitian. She explains nicely. Even though got excellent name and fame how is she is humble by saying that effort and credit is their who reach their goal. But I'm not agree for that u only show the correct path which they achive. Rujitha diwakar is also famous dietitian no doubt. I'm trying to follow her diet. Some exemptions on that u give more liberty than that. So my confusion mind now clear. So thankful to u. U have done excellent job. I can't calculate wit money or thanks this is more than that. But I can't leave without saying thank to you.

@arjungandhi76115 жыл бұрын
Actually I m also confused about the same..... Whether to eat in every 2 hours or to do fasting
@raisaroychowdhury11294 жыл бұрын
Actually it doesn't, it unbalance the hormones of the body and uses the muscle because fat takes lot more energy to burn down. Fasting is good if one can follow the entire process, right from waking up , eating right the day before and after and so on. It's very nicely explained in hita mita and Ritu. Eating every 2 hrs doesn't have to be huge , a small khakra or one small apple is sufficient. Eat accordingly! All the very best!
