Hi can’t watch at the moment due to school but I wanted to drop off two theories I came up with. 1. For the thing with Bad & Sam Bucket (BUCKET CULT BUCKET CULT), the Egg is making Bad seem crazy by giving Bad hallucinations so that it can drive everyone away from him and manipulate him. 2. Ranboo’s limbo is his ghost. His soul and mind are separate, like Ghostboo said, but Ranboo, the soul, feels everything. He is forced to see and feel his friend’s pain while also trying not to fade away. I might be wrong on this one since Phil said Ranboo’s is really angsty but this is what I have gathered so far-

/rp: It’s so sad Bench Trio’s perspectives of Ranboo’s death. Ranboo thinks no one cares enough about him to bring him back. Tubbo is determined to move past it, to not dwell on it and go numb so he isn’t in pain. Tubbo has never faced his emotions. Instead he busies his mind with projects. When he isn’t avoiding what troubles him he processes it logically. He becomes emotionally numb to not feel that pain again. Tommy doesn’t want anyone to go through what he went through, death and revival. When Tommy was revived he said he’d rather be alive or dead, not both. Later on (can’t remember when but I could narrow it down to a few streams) Tommy openly said out loud that no one deserves to go through that purgatory that is Limbo. Ranboo has become a close friend, Tommy would _especially_ never want that for them. Miscommunication is such a factor in so many conflicts on this server-

It is quiet sad, to me it seems as if the Bench Trio really aren’t making any efforts to bring him back. Then again no one really knows about him fading and hole the soul and mind thing but Aimsey. In fact it really seems like no one cares about ghostboo and bringing him back. Aimsey she really wants to help but doesn’t know how or what to do. It’s really quiet sad how she found out, yelled at, then to be pushed off a bridge and feel as if you were gone dead forever like ranboo/ ghostboo might be. I mean Technoblade might pull in his favor but if not ranboo could fade/ be forgotten. Do you know what it kind of reminds me of “Coco” you know how people were forgetting the dead then they disappear forever. I was wondering how come this never happened to any other ghosts like Ghostbur and Glatt? I have two reasons or questions 1.) Is it because they have different limbo's or something? Is Ranboo's limbo his ghost cause he's like half-enderman and half-something? And what if his other half has something to do with death unlike the others like Wilbur and Schlatt? 2.) This might not be possible What if the fading has something to do with the Mind and the Soul of a person based on how strong or weak it is to an *alive* person? Mind and Soul are different things. I did not put Body cause the Body of the alive person who died is dead and gone already (unless being revived again) and now there's only Mind and Soul which separated. It's gonna hurt- If this soul and mind differentiation is in Wilbur and Ghostbur as well, with Wilbur being the soul and Ghostbur the mind- that HURTS- because Ghostbur was so sweet and kind and caring to everyone, trying his best to make it all up and be at least tolerable- the version of Wilbur that Tommy remembered from so long ago- But then Wilbur experiences all of Ghostbur's emotions- he said it himself Ghostbur is lonely and Ghostbur is just missing everyone in canon and on reddit so obviously Wilbur is able to feel Ghostbur one way or another. Ghostbur is fading away too- as in, his memories are, his existence will probably leave with this once people stop caring about him- nobody has the chances to forget about him just yet- especially if Ghostbur is at the centre of the "wall of Tommy" and both Tommy and Wilbur are looking to bring friend to him. The implications on c!Wilbur's life and morality based on Ghostbur's actions has are quite painful- like how much Ghostbur cared about Tommy and Fundy- but if that's how ghosts work:)

Si the soul harbors one's ailments while the mind is one's pure self which is why Ghostboo lacks memory loss and Ghostbur his insanity. It may seem like Glatt is heightened compared to Schlatt but Schlatt was also an alcoholic so maybe he was always drunk but when it was by a little he was just himself but slightly more calm, but now that he lacks the alcoholicness of his soul all his repressed emotions are now at the forefront

OK so I don't know to much about the Ghostbur lore but I'm pretty sure he lasted a while. I think this is because of the difference in their ghost 'types?' and the 'blue'. Ghostbur couldn't remember anything sad and when he did he used the blue to calm him. However, Ghostboo remembers EVERYTHING even the things his soul forgot, also keep in mind he doesn't have a calming thing like the blue. So I think Ghostboo needs to talk to the people he loved when he was alive! Like Tubbo, Phil, Technoblade or even Niki. But obviously he can't prolong his issues for much longer or he is going to fade!

no. it specifcally applies to ranboo. the way his ghost and "limbo" functions is signifcantly different than the others. ranboo got split into 2 and they are both the same and not at the same time, while wilburs ghost was a new thing created after death that is completely seperate from wilbur.

This aligns so much with my Wilbur theory. That Ghostbur and Alivebur are two halves of the same Wilbur, Alivebur is insane cuz Ghostbur is his sanity, his brain, and Ghostbur cannot feel most things other then happy cuz that's connected to his soul. Ranboo is probably the same after he died, so my theory is, Dream revived Wilbur wrong, instead of Reconnecting them, he only separates them again. And it also makes sense, the mind contains all the memories and wonders the world that they know, while the soul has to reside in their own version of limbo.

Correction: Aimsey was evicted because Tubbo kicked Aimsey out of his home. Ghostboo gave Aimsey the mansion without Tubbo’s permission. Aimsey wasn’t evicted due to being murdered by Tubbo. I personally don’t like the sudden change to Ghostboo. What happened to him being so happy that he wasn’t Ranboo, and only dying if he sang and danced too much? So now it’s that he has to be revived or he dies, he’s not a happy jerk, and he doesn’t care about Tubbo? Also, the original Ghostboo wasn’t a liar. a lot of ranboos character on the smp has had weird arcs due to the inactivity. usually his character would allude to a future character arc, server goes inactive and lore is put on hiatus, and as a result his character arc is messed up and he has to come up with something new. ranboo has mentioned that 2 weeks after his characters death he was supposed to be revived, but as we saw that wasn’t able to happen, so that’s most likely why he changed lmao
