OMG. I’ve been watching the Channel for over a year, but have never encountered this video. Spectacular show. The video was so amazing to see how articulate Jeff was during the presentation. There have been later videos featuring Jeff where he said he was not a talker. Take notice folks, when this guy wants to express himself, he is an unequaled person. He is totally invested in the operation of the Ranch. Hoping he is back in 2024.

At first, I just didn't get you , Jeff. But then I applied my own work ethic to your situation. All I ever wanted to be was an oilfield hand people could depend on. So I became a shore base operator that supported offshore drilling operations. At one time I helped supply close to 500 people offshore. Typically, though, 50 to 100 people depended on me for their equipment, food and supplies. I went out of my way to provide anything from K-cups to pillows to cold medicine to cigarettes. Sometimes I lost money but I never complained. In the end, I came out way ahead. I felt needed and I always felt wanted. Jeff is doing the same. I get it, and I thank God for solid, reliable hands like Jeff.

Great job Jeff!! Your intro about the prairie, the ancestors that came before us, and the "road" they made, because there were none, was so inspiring. You, my friend, are an awesome person and have a heart of gold. Too bad more "city folk" don't follow in your footsteps and thought process and show appreciation for what we have as Americans and the sacrifices of those that came before....instead, sadly, most just complain with a hand outstretched for someone else to support them. I was born and raised on a small farm in Utah and hopefully I show as much appreciation and respect for our forefathers and mothers, yes, it takes both, to build the society that we should be thankful for. I wish you and your wife well in your journey towards the sunset of your lives, and thank you for your sacrifices to have fun doing just what you want to do. Mike and Erin are blessed to have friends like yourselves.

Hi Jeff --- I'm also a SF Bay Area native. But North Bay. .Boy area. You are absolutely correct about our ancestors crossing the plains. Mine were a parrt of the infamous Donner Party. But when my great great grandmother was chopping meat for breakfast a Indian slipped in behind her. He tried to grab some meat and she chopped his hand. The Indian tribe demanded they turn her over. Part of the wagon train agreed, part refused including my family. They headed from Ft Hall to Oregon. The others headed to California Sierras known as the Donner Party. Which ended up at Donner Lake dealing with massive snow storms. And the history weve all heard. My family were 1st to use the Applegate trail into Oregon. But they too were caught in the storm. Nut saved. Our history needs to be preserved. And I knew your efforts on the ranch are appreciated
