Made this yesterday -- very good. I subbed Trader Joe's Mushroom & Company for the Mushroom Alchemy, though not nearly as much as called for because TJ's has salt.

Suggestions for substitution for the Wild Mushroom Alchemy? Whole Foods has a Porcini Paradiso spice but I doubt it’s the same. TJs has a Mushroom &Co spice blend too. Can’t find anywhere that sells the Alchemy retail and mailing cost is high
