A good friend of mine was really the one that introduced me to Rancid back in high school. I used to go to his house, and I'd play bass, and he'd play the drums to some of their songs while we'd smoke a ton of bud. He passed away from cancer a couple years ago. At my age. 25/26. Really wish I spent more time with him. 🖤 Met his crazy ass in Jr. High. I was literally one of the only metal-head/goth kids. And one day we get a new student, and it's this dude with sleek black hair and a Marilyn Manson T-shirt. We became friends the first day.

Cool, my band played Fitzgeralds with Brown Lobster Tank,Dig DUg, and Sore Loser and then we played another show at some theater with Latch Key Kids ,GOB and another band made up of some young kids back in the 90's. Just got a mixed bag of patches, and after looking Rancid up after seeing their logo on a patch, I think the Rancid patch deserves a spot on my battle jacket.
