Nice it took a minute to calculate because where you see avoiding you need to go into settings and turn that off so it can give more optional routes

Rand McNally is a nice unit but like I say most GPS is when they first come out they all have bugs to work out, So it can work properly.

I got this GPS today How did you get the screen cover off ? I can't get it started and I've turned on all 4 sides Lol

If the GPS doesn't come on from right out of the box you have to charge the unit and also with this GPS unit when you are not using it. Meaning like when you taking your 10-hour break always cut the GPS completely off and let it charge because the battery on this unit is not strong as Garmin GPS batteries

Do you mean the screen protector that you peel off? That thin piece of plexiglass that's plastic that is thin that you peel off on both sides only use one side. You apply it like you are putting on window tint on a car

Ok now I know what you're talking about you have to carefully remove the outer layer the rubber protector you can use something like a flat head screwdriver to peel it off and then you can peel the paper off and then apply the screen protector.
