I've been in the States now for 20 years .. I still cannot fathom what the point of any of these hearings are ... does anyone ever get prosecuted for wrong doing ? Or is it just charade after charade after charade ... ?

Nobody ever gets prosecuted who should. They just toss some underling in jail if it ever gets that far. But you are on the right track that its charade after charade. They need to pretend they are doing work to make it look like democracy is happening and collect a check. "Are you not entertained?"

The leading problem with every Conservative’s and Libertarian’s “Liberty” argument is that none of you are capable of leaving the American people alone. That’s why your elected politicians have spent the past 50 years sabotaging a once effective economy and saddling the country with growing debt over counterproductive billionaire tax cuts.

Bernie is a best selling author... *Let's analyze how a socialist can sell products in an open market for a profit and supposedly make millions of dollars* First off, nobody buys Bernie Sander's books. He gets the government in power to buy up his books using tax payer dollars and then gives his books away for free. Kamala Harris did the same thing with her children's books. *This is called "corporatism" and is completely different than capitalism. In fact, it's totally socialism in every sense of the word. Bernie (and many in the DNC including Hunter Biden) forces hard working tax payers to pay for the garbage they create and you have no say in the matter* Hunter Biden's artwork was bought for $800M for a finger painting he did. We may take some of our advantages for granted, but we have also had the benefit of our gains stolen away through direct and indirect taxation, so we are not seeing the full benefit of technological innovation and productivity. Instead people like Bernie Sanders are trying to set the morality tone by policing businesses for not living up to their fantasy standards of higher wages while destroying the purchasing power of the dollar. I'm a Quick Check coffee guy. After having listened to several of the videos of testimony on this, I would have to say that Rand Paul is the only one making any sense. I feel bad for CEO Schultz having to sit there and be questioned and trolled by these idiots, mainly B. Sanders, on all of their non-sense. All the funds paid in for 45 years were not available to her and the numerous pages of fine print in this election unbeknownst to them, after review by an attorney, she would spend a fortune in an attempt to try and recover.
