I also considered that when I heard it, but I assumed they meant it in a classist way. Seeming meaning being a garbage men aren't normally consider to be we educated or important or cool job. Which I find interesting because it's my understanding, that at least in the USA that garbage men/women make well above min. wage. And that the point of a job to make money, so....... They have a great job!
