I sometimes go out with my nephew he is 18 now to visit museum, walking around to see beautiful places ...we always make the sándwiches at home ..and take the cans of drinks with us ..the thing is that we make an extra one to give the first homeless we see .ITS a good way to educate chidren to be good to those Who suffer. And indeed we are very proud o him.

I saw this really skinny homeless guy and asked him, what he needed. He said that he was hungry, so I ran across the street to Safeway and bought him a whole roasted chicken. He was extremely thankful and looked very happy.

Some of these people with nothing can’t even say thank you and that’s the truth I’m so many cases. I don’t want to hear there to proud or embarrassed but no one owes kindness and when that blessing comes around, you best be so grateful as it doesn’t happen often if ever at all. The ones that make me cry are ones so deeply in gratitude for even the most simplistic things. The ones who can’t be grateful or even say thank you should be a lesson within itself to the giver to tell these people that gratitude and thankfulness goes a very long way and if not, pass up the kindness and pay it forward to someone whom would truly appreciate your loving kindness. We have to teach our children epic kindness and compassion. It’s sad seeing adults being given gifts from a child with not even a thank you to the child? I may sound uncaring but not true. Love 💕 and receiving blessings takes a minute and few words. THANK YOU! I LOVE YOU 💕 MAY GOD BE WITH YOU!

I'm not trying to blast u really I'm not, but jus cause they didn't say thank u doesn't mean they're not grateful. They could Have been in shock. Have you ever been in that situation? I have, and wen no one sees u or you've been treated like your nothing for a long period of time, it's almost unreal wen someone does show kindness out of no where. They probably think it's not real or think there's a catch behind it, because more often than not that's usually the case. So it's not them being ungrateful, its their guard being up. These random acts of kindness are extremely rare, most of the time its ppl being cruel and heartless. Sometimes u have to look at it from the other person's perspective. It's not always that simple and u don't know what someone else has had to go through.

When you see a woman like the one with the little dog, instead of just giving her a few dollars, stop and think if you have somewhere you can give her to sleep temporarily even a mattress in your garden shed, garage, a tent in your yard. Women and girls are very vulnerable when sleeping in the open like this sweet girl in the video. She was clearly not on drugs or alcohol, was mentally normal and just terrified of sleeping rough....its a shame she didnt get any real help. I live in the uk, and if I see a woman sleeping rough, I always call the police who come and take the woman or girl to a shelter. I don't know how that works the the US, the system there seems much harsher, and the homeless situation is really disgraceful for a first world wealthy country.

You'd be shocked to find out most of our homeless choose to be homeless.... I've met a few ppl like that....one dude lived under a bridge with his dog, come to find out he owned a very successful buisness, has a wife, kids, big nice house, all that... he just got up one day and walked away from it all.... being successful also means having much more responsibilities and pressure.... it becomes to much sometimes.... but most of our homeless problem is because of drugs or mental disease or both.... and unfortunately our country treats them like criminals, they are seen as less than a person. Some places offer help but most states could care less.... plus the government makes more money selling drugs creating addicts which automatically creates criminals that fill up the jails and prisons, then helping them to stay clean. Yeah the United States has our priorities messed up....

We all need to help one another. I live on the street for a long time when I was younger. It was tough. Wondering where your next meal is going to come from or if there will even be a next meal. Just a conversation will lift the spirits of a homeless person if you don't have the money to give. We all have a few minutes we can spare for another human being. Be kind to each other you never know, it could be you.

Yes i've always helped others,elderly, and homeless people people i know with money DOES NOT HELP homeless people i said they all have a story and their stories are all different AND you could be there one day but people with money don't believe that very very sad i think those with less help the most have a good day 🦋😊🌷⚘🌻 i was blessed that i could always stay somewhere i payed of course i stated at a shelter before short time but it was horrible
