The feeling is amazing when someone shows random kindness. Once, I misplaced my breakfast and lunch money on my way to school. When I got to the breakfast stall, I realized I couldn't pay because I couldn't find my money. I immediately started panicking and checking my backpack but couldn't find it. There was a lady there also buying breakfast for her daughter, and as I proceeded to leave, knowing that I'll starve for the rest of the day, she paid for my breakfast and called me. back. I said thank you to her and she walked back to her car. A few seconds later, she came back and gave me enough money to buy lunch as will with some extra money in case I needed anything else. I immediately broke down into tears😭 and started thanking her profusely and saying God bless you, several times. She told me not to thank her, and that she also has a daughter just like me, and would not want her to starve the entire day at school. I cried overwhelmed with joy as we said goodbye and parted ways. I've never seen her again since that day, but I'll never forget what she did for me🥺❤️ I was so touched.

I heard a person on a Christian radio station say that the hardest times and best times of his life was parenting. Being a parent is worth it and so rewarding and beautiful. Some people should have never gotten the opportunity. Lord, please help all the little ones who have been/are being abused in every way, and RIP all of them murdered in and out of womb. Even if a child survives into adulthood after a terrible upbringing, they are so damaged. Thank God, He can heal our wounds and heal the broken hearted.

I know God showed me this video today because I had the chance to work an act of kindness as well (today). I'm almost 30 but sometimes I like to swing on the swingset at the park next to my home, and something told me to sit out there today. I heard some branches cracking in the woods behind me and noticed a man dressed in all black prowling around. I got my knife out just in case but I assumed it might just be a stoner looking for a place to smoke. Moments later, this little girl comes out of nowhere from the same area he was in and goes to sit on the playset opposite me for a moment. She was staring me down with this worried look on her face. She then came and sat down on the swing next to me and started swinging, and when I turned around I noticed the man in black sitting on a bench behind us, just watching us. He walked away when he realized she was staying next to me and he kept turning around to look at us, never saying a word. I was about to go in my house and I asked her if she'd be OK outside alone, thinking she might be the neighbors kid. She never responded, she just twiddled her fingers and made a screech noise. I thought perhaps she was autistic and it gave me a weird feeling, so I went inside and called the police, just as she ran back into the woods. They were at my house in an instant and began searching the entire area for her and the man. I was taken in a squad car to identify the guy and she was eventually located by police and reunited with her family. I broke down hearing the call from dispatch, knowing I had been in her same position when I was her age (she may have been 8-10 years old). She also had nothing but a t shirt and Capri pants with sandals and it's currently 40 degrees out. I really hope she doesn't slip out of her home again and I hope that man never comes back. I'm so thankful to God that He put me where I needed to be, to finally have a chance to feel like a mother. I lost my daughter in 2016.

I came to share experience I had 2 days ago, I was driving from one state to another to go buy a vehicle, my GPS led me through the Ozark National Forest parks in Missouri, very little traffic but I waved at everyone I passed, I'm from a small town, no one wave back, then as I rounded a corner and started down a hill there was an individual on the road waving real big, as I passed him I waved back, I noticed he looked to have Downs syndrome, I thought too myself, He is so lucky, when I got to my destination, the man had lied about the ad, it was nearly 800 mile round trip for nothing, well...not for nothing. That young man has no idea he was the highlight of my day.

@@davemathews7890 I will be honest and say that I believe through faith and hope. The word of God helps me to be a better person to others. It has only taught me good. What I get from it all is love. If I can’t hope in Jesus Christ and trust in His word then I would have quit this life years ago. Otherwise, what is the point to all of this? I personally have NEVER experienced any pain or negativity from believing in Him. Yes, it’s cost me sacrifices and to give up on “luxury” and personal indulgence but I can truly say, it has made me a better person for myself and for people. Every good attribute I have is because I feel accountable to God. It has never steered me wrong in life so I will continue in this hope and push forward. Here are some examples: 1) I try my best to work hard at work and not show up late, idle, careless because there is a scripture that says we work as if unto God. In that sense, I don’t have lackluster principle about work or be unethical 2) scripture says love our neighbor as ourselves and as Jesus Christ loved us. I try to do this with every stranger and even wicked people because they are at the end of the day, God’s creation. Doesn’t mean I agree or encourage immoral behaviors but I still care for the person. 3) many times people have wronged me and I want to curse or take revenge but I don’t. The Spirit of God inside me, that small voice that always remind me to do the right thing. 4) I don’t cheat folks, hurt people or tell lies because I care about them and God has called us to do just that, love one another. You don’t hurt who you love. I could go on and on. Not trying to convince anyone but since we’re having dialogue here. I’m not big on religion but I am big on the word of God and especially Jesus Christ and His teaching in the New Testament. At the end of the day, I just care about people. I wish I could take away people’s problems. Jesus talked about the kingdom of heaven where all tears will be wiped away. No temptation for sin or wickedness. I look forward to that blessed hope and His return.

Brah how does that officer do that after EVERY shift my God what a man. The strength it takes to deal with being cursed out everyday. Dealing with people fighting and being the mediator of some awful situations. I'm sure he's seen people die or be terribly injured. Probably been in a shootout. To have the love and care in that profession to still make time to do that after a shift is special. Those kids will neeeeeeever forget him. Which brings me to my question... WHY ARENT OFFICERS LIKE THIS TALKED ABOUT AND UPLIFTED? We often know eeeevery name of the bad cops but we never put these types of cops in the forefront. Because let's be honest, there are a LOT more good cops than there are bad
