It’s even more beautiful if people didn’t record themselves purposefully, just to gain praise. That’s not what ‘acts of kindness’ is about!

Just a thought, but has it ever occurred to you that people just want to capture a beautiful moment so they can have it forever? If it goes viral than it just means people have empathy, and in an ugly world that makes us see the world in such a cynical way the same way that you do, sometimes it feels good to be reminded that the world isn’t so bad after all. Hope you get a chance to relinquish that hostility and feel the love. Take care.

The clips of the daughter thanking her dad for all the sacrifice he made when she graduated and the young boy seeing his dad again after months of being deployed is moving me to tears, but not for the reason you're all expecting. My father passed away to COVID-19 early into the pandemic when I was 14 years old (for context, he passed away literally one month before my birthday and now I'm 19 years old) and my 3rd cousin's father (my mom's youngest brother) passed away to blood cancer last years (my cousin's 7 years old now) who was in the army before having him. . . neither of us are going to have those moments with with our dads (I already did; I was the class of 2022 and it's 2023. . . man did it felt hollow), and it breaks my heart just thinking about it. ;-; But, at least they got to experience it, and these acts of kindness have helped me feel better after such lousy days lately; thank you for that, have a nice day Akimbo. =)

@tommyfox854 Жыл бұрын
@TpoapAnimatesYT That's good, I'm glad. =) Um, as for me. . . no not exactly; long story short, every time I try to take care of myself I'm always hit with something that pretty much tells me that was the wrong thing to do. I know that sounds edgy or whatever it sounded like, but trust me, the context behind that statement is a long story and I don't know if ya want ta hear more about it. But I can say this; while my situation haven't improved all that much, my overall problem that's been plaguing me has gotten better, so there's that, and I've been making my friends smile a lot and they've been helping me smile too the past few days, so that's good. =)
@tommyfox854 Жыл бұрын
@TpoapAnimatesYT Yeah, true. =) Um, just because I'm outta things ta say; do you like dragons or no? {=)
@tommyfox854 Жыл бұрын
@TpoapAnimatesYT Agreed, the ender dragon is pretty cool. =) Also, thank you so much for the subscription; that caught me off guard but it made me very happy, thank you very much. =) Um. . as for my favorite dragon. . I don't normally do favorites because, well. . I just don't; but I will admit the dragon in the TV show Jane and the Dragon is a lotta fun ta watch and is very funny. =) Dragons hold a special place in my heart; the three TV shows that had dragons in em that I grew up with (Those shows bein Dragon Tales, Jane and the Dragon, and Ninjago) pretty much kick started my love for dragons and I've always imagined dragons whenever life became too difficult for me to handle at the moment. . dragon themed gifts were among the first things I've ever received when I was born, Godzilla and Gamera are one of my most beloved Kaijus, and over 10 years of developing a story (both outta boredom and a cooping mechanism whenever life became too difficult for me to handle at the moment) became pretty much gods in my life and yadi yadi yada. {=) Yes I'm a weird person and I'm proud of that. =)
@tommyfox854 Жыл бұрын
@TpoapAnimatesYT You know, you're the *very* first person who called me normal. I've been treated like an outcast by more people than I can remember, and thanks to the aid of a friend I made slightly over a year ago (who you can also thank for me being alive right now) I've learned to embrace that. . they were also the very first person who told me that who I am and what I was doing was enough, which was an act that brought me to happy tears. But I've always wanted to be considered normal by at least one person after being treated like an outcast for so long. . . thank you so much for telling me that, it means more than you probably might realize. =')

@craighanson-rc1md Жыл бұрын
lol then obviously you arent I watched then and others & wasn't affected certainly didnt shed a tear. We need more acts of kindness & respect but in reality it's just being human let alone a good decent human being so why is it so special & emotional when it's what youre suppose to do anyways on a daily basis. It's great when a doctor or nurse on duty save a life & tragic it when they just cant save all but then again that's their job they're trained to do that especially while working whats so special about them doing their job & what they were trained to do to do & get paid pretty well for doing? Now when someone who's not working or isn't training to run into burning buildings does so to help save lives human or animals or stops the car calls 911 & tries to help a person or animal in need then they are truly heros but again that's what humans are supposed to do help & respect each other.

I live in the St Louis, MO area, and back on August 23, 2023, the temperature was 103 º. Not only was it the hottest day of the year, but it broke the record set 80 years prior on the same date with the temp. being 101º. Well, on August 23rd of this year, I was heading to a doctor's appointment. Unfortunately, my car has no AC. All of a sudden, I see flashing lights in my rearview mirror. That is when I got nervous. I know I was not speeding because I cannot afford to. I pulled over, and the officer walked up to my window and said "I pulled you over because you are in violation of Municipal code H2O. I replied "What?! The officer replied, "You are in violation because you do not have a bottle of water on this hot day." Then he hands me one that he was hiding behind his back. I not only thanked the officer, but I also told him that I knew I wasn't speeding because I could not afford to do so. He told me to keep cool and if I get too hot go somewhere that does have AC.

Oh I was surprised to see a clip from my country Sri Lanka. The places Tamil people live in here are very hot and during April it's gonna be very harsh. Not too harsh like people don't die because of heat but still harsh with cultivation and everything in that part. Despite the political mess and how politicians try to divide the people in past years, it's multicultural here and people are happy together with each other. Pay a visit here it's a beautiful island
