There is a law against this, but Derek will have more of a chance of winning the Powerball 10 times in a row than getting in trouble for this. The law was written in the 60s, if I remember correctly. You can't feed people on the streets like this.

It was during the pandemic that I learned about it after one vlogger (Ned from "Philippine Dreams") took a bunch of kids to McDonald's with his wife and other volunteers and got in trouble. Didn't go to jail, I guess because he is a foreigner and they went easy on him, but he warned others about it. Extra info: Ned got skin Cancer in the nose about a year ago and was leaving to the US for treatment back then, so I don't know if his channel is still active.
