the fanchant is p simple: it starts with “kim namjoon” as he’s the leader. then from there it goes in age order oldest to youngest (taking away namjoon as he’s already been said) so “kim seokjin, min yoongi, jung hoseok, park jimin, kim taehyung, jeon jungkook”- sometimes this’ll just be repeated but not all the times and when it’s finally over you shout “bts!”. as long as u know that, it’s p easy to follow the rest of the crowd.

@@marijesauthenticchannelenj9437 it really depends on the individual. the reason their official romanised names tend to be like that is because most korean names have three characters for each syllable in the name, so the given name is actually two separate characters so they tend to be separated as such by a hyphen to also emphasise that the two syllables of the given name are still all one word in the sense that it’s a given name and the middle syllable is not what we would consider a separate middle name in the western world (e.g. 민윤기 = Min Yoon Gi, 박지민 = Park Ji Min). some korean celebs take this route of completely spacing out the syllables, e.g. the actors Ki Hong Lee (이기홍 = Lee Ki Hong, officially Ki-hong) and Wi Ha Jun (위하준 = Wi Ha Jun (or Joon), officially Ha-jun), often call themselves as such. however, the actress Hoyeon Jung (정호연 = Jung Ho Yeon) refers to herself as ‘Hoyeon’ instead of her official hyphenated romanised name ‘Ho-yeon’. these hyphenated romanised names, which are most probably what would be seen on korean citizens’ passports, are not often used, and celebs tend to seek alternatives such as either a complete spacing out or completely putting the two syllables together to make one whole given name. the members of bts in particular, definitely write their names out as such: Kim Namjoon, Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi, Jung Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, Jeon Jungkook, and this is also how you will see their names written on bighit’s official subtitles if ever they refer to each other by their full names on a bangtan bomb, in run bts, in the soop, bon voyage or variety shows. it’s all a matter of preference to the individual, but all of the bts members put the two syllables of their given name together much like hoyeon jung does, rather than hyphenating or spacing them out.

Honestly when i went to LY 2018 Newark, NJ concert i didn't know all the lyrics to songs like Love or like seesaw so and some of us weren't on synch for fan chants Kim Namjoon Kim Seokjin Min Yoongi Jung Hoseok Park Jimin Kim Taehyung Jeon Jungkook BTS As for 2020+ Joon Yoongi JK have definetly been getting built like if you watch their bangtan bomb and workout videos or Joon pictures while on vacation you will see. I think all of them have been working out plus dancing a lot but they will lose it once they eat and then exercise again. Jungkook and JImin are the strongest, JIn Jimin, Jhope are the most flexible
