Yeah, this time I met some difficulties with collecting new songs. I think I finally met this point, when all "gold" chiptunes are already used. Plus there are lots of albums coming out, which have no "free" option of distributing. You know, I sometimes got messages from artists, who don't actually like when their music are available for pirate download. So I try not to use this type of songs.

Krelez Damn, well, maybe in future it'll be just nice to see non-downloadable mixes from you, it's still very much convinient to listen to them from here, i'm sure that i am not the only one who's listening to your mixes while working/studying and have their browser window open, just don't get yourself into trouble. As for lack of music, well, there might be some gold left into Commodore 64 stuff ( ❤ ), as well as 4-mat albums ( they are mostly free ).

Gunship Mark II Oh, sure, there are tons of nicely made music in this area (I mean true hardcore 8bit, including C64, Atari, Gameboy stuff), but they have a slightly different style. You know, only 4 channels for the entire song, harsh sounds and insane combinations of waves in these difficult conditions. This kind of music is harder to perceive, especially for a person who never heard about 8bit and chiptune before. That's why I make accent on more melodic and soft songs. And yes, 4-mat is simply magical.

Thank you for another sweet mix! It's easy to showcase other peoples music but I must say that you have done an amazing job with the selection. The chiptunes that you choose are very melodic and I like that. Ok, maybe i'm contradicting myself right now when I say that It's not very easy to find all those sweet composed tunes but I said that it was easy to do that a few seconds ago, eh, maybe I am having trouble to give you the full credit for this. Anyway please continue the search of magical heavenly chiptunes and put it up, I like the periodic releases, that is to say you should not feel any rush to put the mixes up. This mix is pretty good m8. My fav is Jayster - Foreign Grove, sounds awesome and mellow. I must say, you have made a mistake man. And that mistake is called: Monomer - Dastardly Deeds (feat. Yoann Turpin). You see, the issue is...its tew guud. I have fallen in love with this piece of music. Its just so good! Nothing else seems to be able to beat it, imo. That doesnt mean I dont appreciate your new mixes though, I do. Keep it up!

Really? I mean, there is nothing special in this process at all. Just when I got the critical mass of songs in my folder (about 45 minutes summary), I open sony vegas and put them in one track, adding a picture beyond. That's it.

I was also wondering if you would be interested in seeing a chiptune i made (its like a 20 second jingle kind of thing..) Another thing is that its not technically chiptune, i made it on Rytmik retrobits for the 3DS. Its a kind of music making software that is supposed to let you make "NES" music but its actually below the NES in terms of quality and has limitations. But i aspire to make real chiptunes on famitracker in the future! My song isnt that special but if you could take a look that would be cool, (its on my channel)
