There are weirder examples. Music manually detected, and marked as a song that you own, instead of FatRat? Then person that detected it can confirm or deny the appeal of the creator and still make money. FatRat made a video about it, but there's SO MUCH MORE. Random strike for "Saying a name" even tho there was no mention about it what-so-ever. Random strike for "Putting a copyrighted music" even tho video had no music and was just a playthrough of a game with music turned off. Random strike for... Nothing. Yes, there are cases you get Strike because someone just said F you. Manually detect, give no proof, boom, you just striked someone who did nothing wrong. It's a problem since 2017 and to this very day you can see none of the youtube devs do anything about it. They think they're big enough so they don't have to pay attention to anyone.

This happened to me some time ago with regards to the GTA IV intro music - not a radio station. Rockstar publicly says that you’re allowed to use it in content (and baring in mind this claim was on GTA IV gameplay) I appealed it and it was retracted but still

Something similar happened to someone called ‘radal’ who has over 1 million subscribers, and lets say you put a snippet of a mario sound effect into a bad rap music video and post the rap video AFTER radal’s video, he then got claimed by a KZbinr with like 93 subscribers with a bad rap video with the same sound effect because radals video had the same Mario sound
