Thanks to ZenZero! www.zenzeroelectronics.com/habu/
There are a few mistakes in this video, I'm bad with details: I somehow skipped the "F" rhythm and also forgot to notate the first "4" beat. This ultimately added to the randomness of the rhythm.

I once wrote a couple songs using morse code before, used words to create rhythms, used SOS, WTF and other acronyms. Very fun way to write. Dots are 8th/16th notes while dashes are the quarter/half notes

Do we use different notes or stick to just a few like Jake does.. he uses just two notes and it sounds musical af... If u could make it simpler.. thanx ✨🙏

This is the kind of stuff I've always wanted to. Thanks for breaking down your creative process step by step. I don't know if I have the skill necessary to hear and play that rhythm. Mad respect for using base 16 Hexidecimal. I think your decision to use Hex was the most creative and brilliant thing you've done in this piece.

Hey Jake, love your teaching attitude. I'm relatively satisfied with my technique but am now getting more serious about scales. So your videos are helpful. I also watched your video on sweeping. For some reason sweeping upwards is easier for me, and I'm slow on the downstroke. it's annoying. Anyway have an awesome day, mate!

I always tell people that music is highly mathematical. Thanks for this demonstration. I haven't delved into Byzantine in a while. I usually just stick to the Harmonic minor to go a touch exotic. The Byzantine is structured enough to have wonderful exotic colour without going into the realm of Steve Via-ish stuff.

Absolutely love it Jake! Reminds me of “Pop Goes The Weasel” from a few years back ... the odd rhythm in that song was based on a Morse Code translation of a particular phrase (I can’t remember the phrase now). The dots and dashes were translated into the rhythm pattern. Fun stuff!
