Great podcast guys. I miss the lives, but I always catch it later. Can you recommend a product that will take care of thistles (way too many to pull)? I know the products won't be the same brands available where I am, mostly looking for a general kind. I do know blackberry killer doesn't work. Have a wonderful holiday Carthic. Hello Tim and Carthic, ok I have 2 questions. 1. The banner behind you has an asterisk - what does the fine print say above your left shoulder Tim? 2. I have Stihl AK system and one issue that no one speaks about is recovery time to recharge. The batteries always heat up in use then can’t be recharged for over an hour or more until they cool off, I get the reasons why. I would like to see some comparative testing done between battery equipment manufacturers to see which systems have better recovery cool down times. One obvious solution is get more batteries however I already have multiples. Looking forward to a response.

Hi guys. Can you please help me? Tim, you mentioned you like using Speed Feed heads on your line trimmers. I went to buy one from my local mower store (supposed to be Echo retailers) but they had the ProKut Rapid Feed 400 heads saying it came from the same factory as Speedfeed, Shindaiwa/Echo. What is your opinion & knowledge on that? The cap is plain but the rest looks the same in every other way. After using the AEG Slimline bump feed heads, this is much easy to feed in the line (when the line is straight & fed through), & nicer to use with the trimmer line closer to the ground & with that smooth convex cap.

I’ve found the prokut and jakmax are usually the ones stocked and they seem fine

@@turfandtools Well, I went back & bought the LH version, but it was the 375 model (BRN6839). That was a mistake. Totally inferior in quality & finish & I had to deburr it in many places. I ended up using one of the thinner washers from the 400 kit (not needed at all with that model) to use with the 375 model. Just as well I'm only using it on the 18V AEG Line Trimmer. I'll use it till it gives up etc & then put the 400 series on instead. I'm glad I had bought the 400 model first to know how it should be made. Anyhow, I'm discovering what else is out there after just using the AEG gear.

Carthic has been away and Nicole is away shortly. I’ll have some vege stuff soon. I took some gear out to test with Greg and that video will be out in a couple of hours
