Just a clarification on my reply to your question, Tim. The total time I stated for the pruner use includes the clean up of the mess I made. The actual run time on the pruner was 15-20 minutes. Still, very impressed with this little tool. 🥴❤

G'day Tim Carthic, Kevin & Maggie, 2:25 "🐶I rame roo rad... Rey Rarthic ran rou pick me up?" poor Kevin didn't get any love😞, 4:50 "🐶rank rou Rathic"😁 It was warm & dry even during Winter leading up to Summer 19/20 when we had those Horrific Bushfires so the last few years Winters have been comparativly cold even on the coast, the last couple of years on the Great Dividing Range there has been decent snow falls 2/3s the way up NSW at places like Barrington Tops where Aussie Ark (Devil Ark) is.

Hey guys, excellent podcast, I love the randomness of topics and questions, just makes it more authentic and real as a live show, not gonna lie was shattered I didn't get to participate in the full live show, had my morning walk with my Mum and Aunty followed by coffee at a local Cafe, got alot of people's attention wondering what I was watching 😂 my Aunty thought it was weird I was watching 2 fellas talking about lawn care and tools whilst having a convo with her and mum. 😅 I call it multitasking lol Loved what u done with the storage solutions regarding the whipper snippers and mowers, saw that video on Facebook and commented under Milan Allen lol Milans my middle name 😆 I'm starting to get in to lawn and garden maintenance now to help my parents out with their place as my father who's 81 now has dementia and can no longer do much, so your videos give me inspiration, ideas and tips which is so very helpful. Both Excellent channels ❤

Another great podcast, watched the live last night and decided to watch again. Just purchased my first battery tools, Kebtek pruners and 6" Kebtek mini chainsaw. Thank you for reviewing these tools (maybe not this brand) and giving valuable info on what to look for and what to avoid. I chose the Kebtek mostly because they felt best in my hand, very comfortable to grasp and not too heavy. And I have small hands and didn't want to struggle using either of these. It was also that they both came in a kit with 2 batteries, charger, tool kit, oil, safety glasses, gloves, and skin in a nice storage case. I also got extra oil which you mentioned in one of your videos. Price was 184.00 US for both together. Love your podcasts and I personally enjoy the all over the shop way you two talk. Thank you.🥰❤

@suedoe4543Күн бұрын
@@turfandtools Online, but only because it was a better deal. A friend has them and I was able to try theirs. Others I messed with at a store.🙂

@@turfandtools I bought them online because it was a better deal, but I tried a friends first. Others I was able to at least get a good look at in the store. Update, as soon as the batteries were charged I read through the manual again and went straight outside. 45 minutes later after using the pruners almost non stop I still had two of two bars on the battery. I love these things! Got two mature cedar trees elevated enough to keep me from getting knocked off my rider. Three rhododendrons trimmed up, and some errant blackberries taken care of. Might go back out later, have a walk around and see what else I can chop.😊❤💪

This is the second time I've watched this video. I first watched it for tips on which one to buy and it seems I ended up getting the Ryobi you were using (or close enough) but I'm only 5'1" tall. Its the same height as I am which I'm finding difficult as the power lever is so high up for me. I have to hold it in a really odd position. All the same I'm now starting to edge with it. So far I've left a good 1cm gapping hole but I'm sure over time I will get better. Its the moving while keeping it still that I'm having issues with but I'll see if I can find different ways of holding it.

Thanks for the unboxing. Some questions 1. How does it go with dog poo? 2. If set up in the backyard. How easy is it to move it to front yard. 3. Is it really worth having it in a medium size yard?
@turfandtoolsКүн бұрын
Only just set it up so I’ll have a full review in a while. I only have small dogs so not an issue. If you have access to the front yard it can drive itself there as long as it’s not awkward access. I feel they are better for larger lawn areas personally.

Just invested into the Kress commercial Mower and line trimmer. I can honestly say this gear is super impressive in all areas for a lawn contractors business. Powerful enough to cut overgrown or wet lawn, robust to deal with daily use and the benefit of a respectable runtime on each battery and the bonus to charge in 8 & 14 mins with 4amp & 11amp batteries. Initial outlay is a little more but the there is an impressive warranty that comes with the brand and the sheer enjoyment of working with a quality product petrol free day in day out. Low noise , minimal vibrations, powerful trustworthy equipment. A 2000wh power station will be sufficient to charge the batteries while on the road
