🐴✨ They are such quick, easy reads! Love them for palette cleansers between more "brain heavy" reads - but Reckless is genuinely a masterpiece! Omg yes! I am at my most productive when I'm reading for a challenge!

I’m so glad you liked The Naturals, can’t wait to read that this year! I’m exactly the same with short chapters, it makes me so happy to have those 😍 And I feel you on the YA thing, I’m in my 30’s and have always been an old soul and find myself feeling more and more removed from books geared towards a younger audience so I’m glad to hear that The Naturals is good YA, haha. 1:07:22 As a person who has had bad allergies her whole life, I get the whole not being able to tell if you're sick or just have allergies. My grandpa became allergic to peanut butter one random day. He was eating a PB&J and suddenly his lip swelled up. His doctor said they can develop and get worse as you age so maybe that is happening to you 🤷‍♀

At around 35 years old I started getting terrible allergies. Sometimes they would get so bad my itchy eyes would keep me up all night, so now I even have prescription nasal spray for allergies. So you can definitely develop them over time.

I can verify that as we get older, allergies we've never had often pop up. It's kind of like your immune system decides to start attacking things it never saw as a threat before. I've never had allergies, or been allergic to anything. As I entered forty, I developed seasonal allergies to oak, which is quite inconvenient for someone living in Houston. I have no idea what your immune system would be reacting to in the dead of winter though.
