And people do it with other mental illnesses, like OCD and bipolar disorder. It's minimizing and trivializing of people who actually struggle with mental illness. I know what you're saying, but there is a difference between being diagnosed with anxiety disorder and using the word anxious or anxiety to describe a feeling. I know she has said she struggles with anxiety and I can see how it would come off that she is glorifying it be throwing the work around all the time, but we can all experiment a situ without being diagnosed with an anxiety disorder.

I am someone who has anxiety. I suffer from borderline personality disorder, anorexia, ptsd, and major depressive disorder as well. So what Im gonna say here is simple : everyone needs to stop telling other people how they can feel their symptoms. It doesnt matter if something has a good reason or not.
