@@Ravy-23 yeah, but only for close distance due to the spread of the bullets. But for pvp elites perks is pretty much useless, I would go for accuracy or fire rates if I intend to use it for pvp.

I think it's still Tesla for primary and secondary it depends on pvp, pve or what you are used to.
