Very strong snow plow. You definitely move the weight on and off the skis. This transitions to parallel where the down hill ski has the weight. Also parabolic skis help. Cant tell if they are parabolic. Just need to move the weight forward and should feel the ankles pushing on the front of the boot and the weight on the balls of the feet versus the heels of the feet. Good progress.

Ann-Elin, Good seeing you and Sam skiing together. You made a lot if progress skiing in just one day. To help you start a turn, plant your downhill pole. Also, when walking in ski boots, make sure they are unbuckled. Much easier to walk that way. Everyone should have some snadderloff after skiing. 😂Be well.

You are doing well. Keep your upper body very quiet except for pole plants. The lower half does the work, get the downhill ski on edge, weight forward on the down hill ski. Picking up the uphill will help at the beginning. Interesting ski area. I have never been to a ski area that has the trail crossing an active T-bar lift. That could get interesting.
