Yellin announced that federal bills as of January 21 would be paid out of civil service retirement contributions coming in and post office retirement contributions coming in. Trump will have to pay all that back. Remember the USA Military having to evict Trump from the White House? For example, Medicaid is not just healthcare for the poor. It pays doctors, hospitals and nursing homes and all those who work for them. Every city, country and states gets federal grants for public services.
