I ended up replacing my gate receiver to MULTI CODE with 300MHZ, and programmed it within a minute. I had EAGLE receiver before and wasn't able to program with HomeLink.

Have you check the battery voltage of the gate opener. I remember getting beeping noise and it turned out to the main battery for the opener.

I have a Chamberlain Elite gate and my new Mazda CX-30 just refuses to synch properly. The Homelink shows a successful synch w/ a green light flashing rapidly but when I click the button for the gate, nothing happens. I have tried it 7 times at least at varying distances. But I have only been doing it from inside the gate, away from the floor sensor we have that auto-opens the gate. Does anyone know if this has to be done from outside the gate? I feel it shouldn't matter since the past 2 Benzs we have had always synched flawlessly on the first try. I hate the scratch marks the remote clips make onto the visor (I already have faint marks, and it's day 2 with this car). I had issues with my garage the past few days not working but it eventually synched.

@@RANDOMFIX I guess that's what you would call it. I have a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe so the buttons are in the rearview mirror. And the "card" is one you hang on the mirror to gain access through the gate. Thanks!

When resetting how do you know when to let it go? When the lights are blinking?

E F, When program the light on the homelink unit will be solid,> to a slow blink > to a fast blink. Right when it starts to blink fast let go the remote and homelink unit. I Hope that helps. _Randomfix

Some American made vehicles have a Homelink system designed by Lear. They are often incompatible for programming. See if a dealer can offer assistance. FYI: I was the gatekeeper for my HOA for seven years. I saw this issue several times.

Programming a new clicker to the gate has nothing to do with HomeLink in your car learning the code your original clicker has in it.
