2007-2009, in general, was mostly the downfall for television animation. Like a bunch of cartoons (especially the classics) were either getting cancelled or just ended (like Space Goofs, Kids Next Door, Making Fiends, I Got A Rocket, Billy and Mandy, Foster's Home, Tutenstein, Atomic Betty, The Replacements, etc.) Not to mention that alot of cartoon fans noticed that 2007 was the start of networks pulling off a bunch of 20th century cartoons in favor of the "more recent" ones. Like Looney Tunes was officially pulled off the air in 2007 and wouldn't return to television until 2009.

Not to mention, killing off the hand drawn *thick-line* style by late 2009 (except for the Hartman cartoons). Remember CN Real? It led Cartoon Network kill off alot of their 2000s shows (with the exception of the Ben 10 franchise) in favor of more live-action.

Flynt Coal Probably, but some of the artistic design reminds me a lot of Fairly Odd Parents, so if they did pick it up they might've been accused of stepping on their toes. If this had existed 20 years ago, Nickelodeon would have picked it up in a heartbeat. The humor is enjoyable, the artwork has charmingly anachronistic, and the characters are very unique. But there is one option if none of the major networks like the Hub pick it up: Hulu. Make it a Hulu original series. House of Cards, Orange is the New Black, and RWBY have proved that Internet-only programming is profitable and high quality. If not Hulu, the Internet is a big place, and the comments section shows there would be no shortage of individuals who would pay to watch it.

Sad that the creator of this animation (chris reccardi) worked on some of the most iconic shows from this century (ren & stimpy, powerpuff girls, spongebob,etc..) and was friends with legends like gendy tartakovski ,rob renzetti and craig mcCracken but unlike his friends never managed to took off with his own animation series, and one of his only opportunities, the modifiers, was never picked up and he died only to have one of the pilots that represent his legacy be remembered because of some shitty flash animation. Either way i recommend checking out the concept art for this pilot and his other art too, RIP Chris.

The worked on many cartoon shows of the 80's, including, but not limited to: Ren&Stimpy, the Powerpuff Girls, Samurai Jack, Animaniacs, Chowder, and Tiny Toons. They were writers, artists, designers,animators, and in Reccardi's case, a musician and composer(including the theme of Ren&Stimpy!). They truly deserve their own series. I miss these style of shows. I know this one never aired but it had the same vibes of The cartoons from it's time. I feel like there aren't any cartoons coming out today that just speak Saturday morning cartoon. Shows perfect to watch before going to school and perfect for watching while eating cereal in your pajamas especially on the weekends. Feels like shows nowadays are being made to be binged and not watched episodically. And I get it this is a new era that's equally as good but I'll always have a soft spot for these cartoons due to my childhood. Wish this one got made, I would've watched it alot growing up.
