The level layout is mostly NOT randomly generated, but the portal location and your items are. There are like 100+ levels tho and you only see 9 at a time. The final level is the last one you failed with some added elements. Try shooting the bamboo straight up into open space :)

Yeah I found out after recording that the levels are for the most part not random, the original steam page made that a bit more vague
