Maybe its my untrained eye talking, but dosen't the technique at 1:48 seem pretty dangerous for the one being thrown? Seems like it could put a lot of pressure on the neck. Is that inherent to the technique, or is there something the one receiving should do to protect their neck better? I love this channel btw!

Me personally I don’t use this but a variant of the front uchi mata or body lock suplex, would to be not so low. When you don’t arch your opponent high enough. They are almost unable to tuck and can face plant I am NOT as good as he is, but I probably would’ve got my hips in closer to arch my opponent a little more
