This is NO cathedral, it Is the Vienna concert hall (Konzerthaus) with the columns forming the stage backdrop. The world is more and more discovering that high class movie music is a direct development of classic music in the best tradition of opera and musicals.

Peter, Randy Newman is a top notch composer of scores for movies. His melodies are beautiful, moving, and memorable. The performances on this video are terrible and ruin his music. But don't slight the composer for that. The only movie composer that rates higher in my esteem is Georges Delerue. And Propellix is absolutely correct.
