10,000 Calorie Big Cinnamon Buns Challenge in Oklahoma City!!

A&Z #997 - Randy Santel vs Big Buns Bakery's 10,000 Calorie Big Cinnamon Buns Challenge at Big Buns Bakery OKC located inside The Collective Kitchens and Cocktails in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma!! A few weeks after finishing my February & March Florida Tour with ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬, I started a Midwest USA Food Challenge Tour. For event #26, I traveled down to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma so I could become the first person to attempt and help kick off the new 6+lb 10,000 Calorie Big Cinnamon Buns Challenge at Big Buns Bakery OKC owned by my friend Steve. The original location was in Piedmont, Oklahoma, and they also had this location in the video that was inside The Collective Food Kitchens and Cocktails. I had 1 hour to feast on so much delicious food from their menu!! There were 2 savory items - an Albuquerque Turkey 'Nini (panini) plus a Chicken Biscuit Pot Pie. There were 10 sweet items, including a 1,000 Layer Donut and their signature original "Cinnabomb" plus lots of other big cinnamon buns, all covered with different sweet toppings. Along the way, I also had to finish a Vanilla Caramel Frozen Brew by Roam Coffee Company. I was trying to become the first person to earn my $65 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt & hat and spot on the Big Buns Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to Steve the owner & his family and everyone with Big Buns Bakery OKC for the wonderful food, drinks, desserts, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to the amazing people who came up that Sunday afternoon to watch and meet me!! I appreciate everyone in Oklahoma City and all around Oklahoma who watches videos and supports our hard efforts!! Many more videos upcoming and I hope you all enjoy them!!

Note: Since the signature "Cinnabomb" is well over 700 calories, it can safely be assumed that this entire food challenge meal is well over 10,000 calories total!!
Big Buns Bakery's 10,000 Calorie Big Cinnamon Buns Challenge in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma ($65):
- Big Buns Bakery OKC is unfortunately closed now, but the main location was in Piedmont, OK.
- They also had an Oklahoma City, OK location inside The Collective Kitchens and Cocktails.
- They are known for serving BIG cinnamon buns which are like cinnamon rolls, but way better!!
- They consist of a flakier croissant dough and Big Buns offers a variety of topping options.
- For this Big Buns Challenge, I had 1 hour to finish 12 different items - 2 savory and 10 sweet.
- For savory, there was an Albuquerque Turkey 'Nini (panini) plus a Chicken Biscuit Pot Pie.
- There was a Cinnabomb, a 1,000 Layer Donut, and lots of cinnamon buns with various toppings.
- Along the way, I also had to finish a Vanilla Caramel Frozen Brew by Roam Coffee Company.
- Winners earn the delicious $65 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt & hat and spot on Wall of Fame!!
