I love pancakes but have learned my lesson when I tried 3 of the pancakes at crockets in Gatlinburg this summer. 1 inch thick and delicious but very dense and filling.

So I did a loose add up of the basic ingredients and this works out to 10-12 cups of flour, around 15 eggs and probably almost a 1/2lb of butter. For some reason I was craving pancakes last week so the measurements were fresh in my head.
