I just made a loaded veggie burger and its amazing. You got me to get over my eating habits/disorder. I truly thank you! In 3 weeks I've gained 3 pounds :) I'm actually liking food now! Just wanted to add an edit/update I took a lot of your advice and started eating meat again about 2 months ago now, I'm slamming 2 to 3 full meals a day fully loaded more food than I have ever eaten! Hes also been doing it for like 7+ years now, so I think he has done like most of them at this point. So I am guessing there is just only mid tier difficulty challenges for him to do except for ones that cheat and give him extra.
@colleenrivera4234 Жыл бұрын
@armybear2 I never even thought about a place adding extra meat to a challenge, if it's true, that's pretty f'd up. The least they could do is play fair since he is putting these little mom and pop places on the map.
@armybear2 Жыл бұрын
@@colleenrivera4234 I watched a video that went over all the times Adam has failed. The ones that cheat him don't usually add extra meat since its expensive and not as filling, they usually give lots of cheap filling food like more fries, extra cheese, cream, milkshake, extra thick / dense bready food (like substituting wheat flour for corn flour in a pancake). In other words lots of starch / diary / fat. There was one location where Adam straight up called them out cause they literally doubled the challenge size cause they knew who he was. Where they double or tripled the size of fries (gave him an entire basket of fries instead of a small cup), gave him like 8 scoops of ice cream instead of 1 scoop, and gave him essentially an half entire cake instead of 1/8th slice. Even then he can usually eat it all, like we know Adam can easily eat somewhere between 11-15 pounds of food in 30-40 minutes. Especially if it well balanced. So the question is not whether he has the stomach capacity to eat all the food in most challenges, but rather can he eat all of it in the short time he is given in the aggressive like 15-30 minute challenges. So that is why most of the challenges aren't that difficult for him, because they're mostly about giving you a huge quantity (5+ pounds) of food that no one can eat normally and they usually give him plenty of time (1 hour) to do so. The only other videos where he failed was when they gave him something that was too spicy, or it was just pure starch, like an 10-11 pound pancake challenge with nothing else. Or simply the food is just too hot to be eaten in the time given without letting it cool down first.

Adam, you're an absolute Legend! You shatter even the heaviest of challenges and along with that, you are just the loveliest man, so thoughtful and respectful. You even cared about the staff getting out on time. I’m in the same boat as you…. Full beard but only a couple inches in length…. It’s how he uses the napkin and I’ve adopted the style and it works much better. I can’t explain it well, but it’s more of an exfoliating motion rather than a wiping one. Dead serious though, watch the way he wipes, and try to emulate that!

Lean forward when you're taking bites. If your head is tilted down, crumbs and debris end up back on your plate and not in your beard.
