Hey Randy, greeting from Canada, eh. Could you and Katrina make a video on how to prepare for a food challenge for beginners? I tried my first challenge last year, 6 patty burger & poutine, and had to quit 45 minutes into the 1 hour challenge. I'd like to try again and get a $50 meal for free, a sweet t-shirt and my picture on the wall.

Hey Randy, you sounds like you have a cold. The green Chile should clear you up! I love pobano Chile's especially roasted ones. They have just enough heat for me, and I put them on everything- eggs, soups, sandwiches, salsas and sauces. Great video!!
