Range Rover most network fault finding

Never seen any real MOST diag videos before. Very interesting, there must be some clever stuff happening on that network, I had to swap my Bluetooth module on my 07 RRS and I had one from a Ford spare. Connected two wires (power and ground) and plugged in the fibre optic cable and the thing just worked, no programming or coding required. Thanks for sharing this.

Could that module have been bypassed with a most loop to get the system up and running again ?

Thanks to this video we are going to go back and try again on our range rovers, we have two here with the same fault, have you got any more advice ? We need to know if we have to get anything reprogrammed at Land Rover as someone suggested ?

As an Englishman living in USA with exactly that issue, that's a great video as my 2010 is left hand drive too. Did swapping the module cure this one?

I have changed, the bluetooth phone module, Telephone module, parking aid module as it was water damage, SDARS receiver, portable audio module, checked the fiber optic, everything seems working fine, still radio is flashing

Hi Paul great video I have been looking fir answers. Ranger rover did a replacement passenger air on my LHD 2011 L322 SC .Now the radio etc wont work they have had it in several times told me a Bluetooth module. It went in again now saying I need amplifier. crazy ! Radio screen on but no sound ..could they have damaged anything replacing the air bag?

@@Simon-dn8ht yes, they caused this fault when they changed the passenger air bag, the actual head unit is located right next to it, typical garage that does not know anything about these cars.

Thank you for this video Ricky, we specialise in selling range rovers and have a similar fault on a 2010 range rover vogue se, is that particular module under the drivers seat on a right hand drive car as well ? We have not even got the range rover emblem showing on this car, just blank, we took all the entertainment system out of another vehicle which was just a vogue and nothing changed, we even tried three different amps! Is the vogue the same as the SE ? We put everything back together on the donor vehicle and now that won’t work either ! We are now being told you cannot interchange the units and that both cars have to be reprogrammed by the main agent, do you know if this is true ? Any info would be greatly appreciated!?

Hello, yes the audio module is on right hand drive car too. Have you scanned your vehicle and pulled the fault codes from the modules?
