My new 2020 RR PHEV had engine light still turned on after 3 times back to dealer service with changing parts. Now in service 4th time and they said that all this model cars in the world will be recalled for new hybride software that will be ready at the end of September 2020. 3 months after buying a new very expensive car, still stuck to service. Dealer said that JLR refused replacement or refund. I can not even reach the customer service despite my multiple attempts. UNRELIABLE CAR! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

To me it also rattles but that's due to the bad streets in poland and not because it's low quality Yes it's unreliable but everyone knows and I think it should last for at least 4 years so who cares. And wtf Lexus is like the biggest underdog ever here in Germany. Why would you buy some stupid Hybrid-focused company. They don't even offer a strong powerful diesel just these Hybrids. I'd always get a Mercedes or BWM over a Lexus cause in the end it's nothing but a expensive Toyota.. Edit: Just saw that is wasn't filmed in poland like usual. If that's somewhere in America I expect nothing from these streets if fact I'm surprised they got tar on them

@@chriskonte1909 a car at this price point should not rattle, regardless of the surface quality. I very much doubt that something like an x5 would rattle on these surfaces, while still being the cheaper car to buy and to own. i dont understand your negative sentiments against hybrid cars but in terms of interior fit and finish, the latest lexus models are up there with the germans in fact, except for the very top end at the A8/s-class levels, lexus feels more premium inside. however even if you would never own a lexus, a german car is still much better made than this range rover. the german tech is better, materials are better, the reliability is better. the only thing going for the range rover is the brand image, which doesn't even weigh much over the german brand names anyway.

We all know it's probably unreliable but I'm British and although these aren't made it Britain, they are the closest thing we have to our own made cars! Yes Lexus and the Germans are better but they have no soul and this just oozes that British character. The lovely way it starts up and that growly V6. It makes you feel good, you want to go out and drive it. That's what cars are all about for me. We've had loads of VW / Audi stuff and it's brilliant but little more than a spreadsheet on wheels! You're not in your right mind when you buy this! That's the fun! It's pure heart over head purchase and a total indulgence! ☺
