Staccato CS comes now with your choice of compact 15 round grip or you can option for the full size 17 round grip. Same thing with the Staccato C with regard to grips. The C has a 4” bbl, whereas the CS is a 3.5” bbl. C models let you mount an x300 or similar sized light as well, where the CS is geared towards carry sized lights.

I too have monster mits and own a CS. You can get a full size grip these days from the factory or grip extension. Weight is the biggest issue, its like carrying a 4inch barrel pistola.

Definitely get the QVO Staccato CS X grip extension. It replaces the mainspring housing and provides a bit longer grip, making it flush with the mag once inserted.

Good stuff guys. But yeah, I don't get why some folks run full-size / large optics on compact and sub-compact pistols. I run a CS for EDC, and ordered it with the carry-height sights and an EPS Carry optic. perfect combo, IMO. As far as "snappiness" goes, I ran it side-by-side with my P365XL, and the CS is noticeably less snappy. And as mentioned previously, you can now order them with the full-size C grip as well.

Still have yet to get my hands on one full size or compact, one of these days, all I hear across the spectrum of the firearm community is how good they are, reliable, accurate, and just plain feel good in your hands, being 6’3” with big hands a lot of compacts like you said just don’t feel good, hard to get a solid reproducible grip on em, I want to try out the wing you’ve mentioned a couple few times now, how does it affect the holstering though? And if it does there any specific holsters for it out there on the commercial market yet?

The wing fits tenicor and QVO holsters. I had the wing in my CS and it fit perfectly fine. I did remove the wing, but that’s because I prefer my support thumb sitting higher and the wing forces it to be flat. Great concept but not for all shooters unless you’re willing to change some of your fundamentals and grip. I don’t have large hands.
