Meopta MeoSport R 3-15x50 RD SFP

Personally it has all my favorite all around specs for a scope. 3-15x50mm, 30 mil tube, parallax down to 10yrd, illuminated dot, locking turrets and large field of view. Have one mounted on a CZ457 in 17hmr for all around varmiting up to fox size.

Same. Building My first new hunting rifle. CZ 557 American synthetic in 6.5CM. I almost bought a Leopold but I’m so glad I waited and discovered this scope. It’s proper to have Czech glass on a Czech boom stick.

Meopta makes some of the best glass in the World. In my opinion as good if not better than Swarovski or Lecia. Another unheard of is G.P.O. German Precision Optical...!!! Some of the best snipers in the World use the GPO. It's like mind blowing clear glass. Under 1k . Either or, can't go wrong. Oh both are on Amazon. Peace.

Great to hear other opinions. I bought reasonly same scope to my 30 06 sporter in Finland. I also enjoy your videos I like 1911 pistols and stihl motorsaws. I hawe a couple of 1911 45 and couple stihls.

Meopta moving down to this price range with this quality going on should make Vortex really, really worried. I have the Meopta Optika6 5-30X56 BDC dichrotech FFP and it's a total beast.

I have two of them...one on my 308 hunting rifle and one on my 17hmr (probably a bit much scope fo that cal) and I love it. for what you get the price is ridiculously low (here in Germany)

Been shootin the fire outta my 16” Daniel 7.62 ol buddie..3x15 pst…whole upper scope n all fell through banisters busted scope cap but barley knocked it off…tough sob…I put $500 in a set of there rf’s and got the razor 4000…2440yrds off a tree…you need to get a area 419 hellfire n try one…massive difference in recoil..workin on some 178grbthp horny days tryin to duplicate the white box match that shoots so good..as good as 175smk’s…keep the bubblegum a poppin and the hamma down! 10 10 on the side…

Thank you very much. Buster was not natured when we got him as a foster as he was about half feral. I took him to the vet and got all that taken care of. He never got adopted so he is mine now.

I'm waiting for my SFAR and i will mount the same MeoSport R scope on that. How is the eyerelief with the rings that came with the scope? or do I need an offset-scopemount?

For me the eye relief from the factory rings were just fine. Several of my friends shot it like that and had no issues. I hope that helps.

Is the bonus pair of rings usable? Are they made of aluminum or steel? How does it compare to a Leupold QRW ring? Thanks.
